Return and Refund Policy

At Balance Me, your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that there may be instances where you need to return a product or request a refund. Please take a moment to review our policy below to ensure a smooth and hassle-free process:

 

Returns:

  1. Eligibility: We accept returns for items that meet the following criteria:

    • The item is in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging.

    • The return request is initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.

    • The item is not included in our list of non-returnable items (e.g., personalized or perishable goods).

  2. Initiating a Return: To start the return process, please contact our customer support team at sales.balanceme@gmail.com.  Provide your order number, a detailed reason for the return, and any relevant photographs if the product arrived damaged or defective.

  3. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.

  4. Refund Process: Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

 

Refunds:

  1. Incomplete or Damaged Orders: If you receive an incomplete order or if any items arrive damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping fees.

  2. Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will process a full refund. If the order has already been shipped, you may need to follow our return policy upon receipt of the items.

 

Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons. These include, but are not limited to:

  • Personalized or custom-made products.

  • Perishable goods, including food items.

  • Products where the packaging has been opened or tampered with.
